Key Responsibilities
Perform inspection, diagnosis, and preventative maintenance
Repair electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake, and air systems on vehicles and equipment
Utilize diagnostic software to interpret failure modes
Assist with emergency breakdowns when on call
Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
At least 18 years of age
Legally eligible to work in the United States
Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred)
Experience working on heavy duty diesel equipment or training from a recognized trade school
Ability to speak and read English well
Ability to meet physical and safety requirements
Must provide own tools
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years experience as a heavy duty Diesel Mechanic
Experience with troubleshooting/repairing DPF systems and using diagnostic software
Working knowledge of applicable DOT and OSHA standards
