Job Description
Join Intuit as a Tax Associate and work remotely this tax season! With at least 2 years of experience, you'll help clients navigate their tax filings using TurboTax, while enjoying great benefits and a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in completing their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products
Provide tax advice and full service return preparation
Maintain sensitive customer and business information responsibly
Document customer interactions accurately
Interact with customers in a professional manner
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to interact with customers using video and audio tools
Preferred Qualifications
Related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds
Experience with commercial tax preparation software
