Job Description

Join Urgent Team as a Radiology Technologist/Medical Assistant, where you'll play a crucial role in patient care and support within a dynamic healthcare environment. Your contributions will ensure quality healthcare services are delivered efficiently and compassionately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and activate patient files
  • Communicate with patients regarding wait times and treatment processes
  • Provide solutions to patient problems and assist in emergencies
  • Follow up on lab and x-ray results
  • Assist with patient check in/out procedures
  • Document patient vital signs and medical history
  • Prepare patients for radiologic procedures
  • Ensure equipment is functional and report malfunctions
  • Maintain examination room and adhere to safety guidelines
  • Perform medical procedures under provider supervision

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant
  • Medical Assistant Certificate or equivalent experience
  • Valid State License to perform X-Rays
  • BLS Certification
