Job Description
Join Urgent Team as a Radiology Technologist/Medical Assistant, where you'll play a crucial role in patient care and support within a dynamic healthcare environment. Your contributions will ensure quality healthcare services are delivered efficiently and compassionately.
Key Responsibilities
Greet patients and activate patient files
Communicate with patients regarding wait times and treatment processes
Provide solutions to patient problems and assist in emergencies
Follow up on lab and x-ray results
Assist with patient check in/out procedures
Document patient vital signs and medical history
Prepare patients for radiologic procedures
Ensure equipment is functional and report malfunctions
Maintain examination room and adhere to safety guidelines
Perform medical procedures under provider supervision
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant
Medical Assistant Certificate or equivalent experience
Valid State License to perform X-Rays
BLS Certification
