We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to provide prompt, high-quality care to patients with a wide range of urgent medical conditions. The ER RN will assess, triage, stabilize, and treat patients experiencing everything from minor injuries to life-threatening conditions in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Rapidly assess and triage patients upon arrival to the ER, prioritizing care based on severity of illness or injury.
  • Administer medications, IV fluids, and other treatments per provider orders.
  • Assist with procedures such as intubations, central line insertions, wound care, splinting, and cardiac resuscitation.
  • Monitor patient vitals, cardiac rhythms, and responses to treatment.
  • Provide emotional support and education to patients and families during emergencies.
  • Collaborate with ER physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure timely and effective patient care.
  • Initiate and participate in emergency interventions such as Code Blue, trauma activations, or stroke alerts.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control protocols

Candidate must have o At least 2 years experience in Emergency Dept. o TNCC o BLS o ACLS o ENPC OR PALS • Prefer candidate to have Level 1 experience, will take Level 2
