Job Description
* Properly handle customer incoming calls withing department service level agreement, ensuring Reg. E compliance
* Accurately record customer reason for disputing transactions
* Properly respond to customer inquiries regarding existing disputes
* Research transaction entry modes and additional data
* Meet assigned deadlines and goals
* Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality
* Other duties as assigned
Position level will be dependent upon internal and external experience
Physical Requirements:
* Must be able to remain in a sitting stationary position for extended periods of time
* Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
