Key Responsibilities
Dispensing spectacles and other optical products to adults and children
Advising and assisting patients with lens and frame selection
Verifying order data entry and ensuring accurate information
Providing excellent member service in person and over the phone
Taking measurements and assuring correct frame selection
Educating patients on product benefits
Maintaining compliance with privacy and company policies
Required Qualifications
Must be licensed to work as an optician within the State and keep license up to date and active
Strong interpersonal skills
Organizational skills
Attention to detail
Open shift availability required for full-time positions
At least 18 years of age
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of optical products and business practices
High school diploma, college degree, and/or big box wholesale, retail, and/or optical experience
