Job Description
Join Walgreens as an Emerging Store Manager, where you'll lead a team to enhance customer experience and drive store performance while managing daily operations and achieving business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Supervises customer service associates and designated hitters
Manages front end of the store and overall operations
Leads and manages store team members including recruitment and performance management
Engages customers and resolves complaints
Analyzes financial and performance data to create action plans
Ensures compliance with company policies and applicable laws
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with a solid academic record or High School Diploma/GED with two years of supervisory experience
Demonstrated leadership abilities
Strong communication skills
Completion of Store Manager training program or willingness to complete it
