Job Description

As a Human Resources Generalist at Freshpoint, you will play a crucial role in implementing HR programs and initiatives while ensuring compliance with regulations. You will oversee performance management, coordinate recruiting efforts, and provide guidance on employee relations and compensation strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with State and Federal regulatory agencies and employment laws
  • Investigate problems such as working conditions and disciplinary actions
  • Provide guidance for problem resolution to department officials
  • Oversee performance management processes
  • Create and maintain workforce staffing plans
  • Coordinate recruiting efforts to hire competent and diverse associates
  • Develop and administer management-labor relations programs
  • Communicate compensation policies to associates

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources

Preferred Qualifications

  • PHR or SPHR certification
  • Three years in a supervisory position
