Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of managers overseeing client experience, logistics, medicine, and nursing
Deliver superior client experience and patient care
Achieve program impact goals and ensure mobile clinics are fully staffed and operational
Maintain compliance with safety protocols and oversee financial and administrative health of the program
Coordinate with other agencies to achieve ASPCA priorities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a services field
Minimum 1 year experience training others on following and executing written Standard Operating Procedures
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage direct reports in multiple locations
Preferred Qualifications
California Veterinary Technician license
Experience supervising manager-level employees
Minimum 1 year experience creating and developing written Standard Operating Procedures
