Key Responsibilities
Manage the coordination, supervision, and implementation of hospice services
Lead a care team and guide new team members through orientation
Provide education on clinical practice, regulations, and reimbursement updates
Ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with hospice standards
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited nursing school
Current state license as a registered nurse
2-3 years of supervisory experience as a registered nurse
Preferred Qualifications
BSN preferred
Experience in home health or hospice environment
Homecare Homebase EMR experience
