Head of ICT Operations

Our client, a well-established company in the financial industry is hiring an Information Technology & Operations Director. This position will be responsible for providing the leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure that the company has appropriate IT resources, customer services and facilities to support the operations and growth of the company. Develop and implement IT and Operations strategies that align Identify technology and facilities needs and makerecommendations to business decision makers. Act as the liaison with leaders and users from other businessdivisions to guarantee efficiency of technology, projectmanagement, customer services and facilities services. Provide leadership, vision and direction to their team, includingtheir performance execution. Develop, implement and maintain the policies and standards of Enforce the compliance of policies, procedures and participate ininternal/external audits. Ensure the efficient operation of all IT systems, including hardware,software, networks and cloud infrastructure. Oversee the IT/Facilities/Customer Services budget, ensuring cost- Bachelor degree and proven experience on IT preferable amasters degree from a recognized university orcollege. 10+ years of experience in IT management, preferably within thefinancial sector. Project management skills.
