✔ 2+ years of Home Health RN Case Manager experience (NOT hospice)
✔ OASIS documentation experience (Required)
✔ CA RN License
✔ BLS (AHA or ARC only)
✔ Epic experience preferred
✔ Travel experience required
✔ Must be comfortable with patient care + case management in the home setting
