Join Lincoln Electric as a Plant Electrical Engineer and play a pivotal role in executing capital projects across manufacturing facilities. Key Responsibilities
Collaborate in a team environment to execute capital projects
Take responsibility for electrical aspects of projects
Develop engineering solutions to improve equipment reliability and safety
Create and maintain sustainable documentation
Design solutions that comply with ISO 14001 and EHS initiatives
Provide capital cost estimates and establish project timelines
Review equipment quotations for compliance
Deliver technical support to Production and Maintenance departments
Coordinate with engineering, production, maintenance, and procurement teams
Manage outside engineering and construction personnel
Ensure adherence to safety, health, and compliance regulations
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
Minimum of 3 years of experience for level II
Minimum of 5 years of experience for level III
Strong desire to take ownership of tasks and deliver results
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Good judgment, self-motivation, and a commitment to safety
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Flexibility to handle diverse assignments
Capability to perform hands-on work
Knowledge of NEC, NFPA 70E, NFPA 79, and other technical codes
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with 2D CAD modeling
Familiarity with AutoCAD/Vault
Willingness to occasionally work off shifts and travel
