Key Responsibilities
Utilizes customer fleet data to provide trends and analysis of in-service failures
Acts as the focal/source of all KC-46 program reliability data
Partners with inter-organizational teams for reliability improvement projects
Evaluates customer/operational needs to define and coordinate system performance requirements
Performs analyses for system architecture optimization and various quality factors
Develops and maintains requirements management processes and tools
Resolves cross-functional technical issues
Supports occasional travel (<10% of time)
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
9+ years of experience in gathering, preparing and analyzing technical data
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with aircraft system health and component reliability
Experience with military derivative platforms and systems
Experience with KC-46 or 767 product line
Experience analyzing maintenance and component failure data
