- Schedule: 4x9-hour shifts (Day shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
- Hours: 36 hours/week + call rotation (6–8 call days/month, 1-hour response time)
- Start Date: 12/01/2025 (Tentative depends on Onboarding and BGC)
- Duration: 17 weeks
- Certifications Required: NYS RN License, BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS
- Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in an Endoscopy or Acute Care setting
Responsibilities include:
- Providing high-quality nursing care in the Endoscopy unit, collaborating with the care team, educating patients and families on post-procedure recovery, and promoting a safe, healing environment.
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to patients across adult, adolescent, and geriatric populations.
- Assess patient conditions, develop individualized care plans, and provide direct bedside care.
- Administer medications and perform clinical procedures according to hospital standards and protocols.
- Monitor patient progress, evaluate outcomes, and adjust care plans based on changing needs or conditions.
- Ensure timely and safe patient care during pre-op, intra-op, and post-op endoscopy procedures.
