Key Responsibilities

  • Complete check-in and check-out tasks including patient demographic and insurance verification
  • Manage cashier box and daily deposits
  • Answer phones and schedule appointments
  • Manage medical records and correspondence
  • Support care team in meeting financial, clinical, and service goals

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years of customer service or healthcare related experience
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel 10% of the time
  • Ability to work a flexible 40-hour work week

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in a medical front office or Urgent Care
  • Experience in scheduling appointments, checking patients in/out, insurance verification, and maintaining medical records
  • 1+ years of related work experience including data entry
  • Prior experience with EMR computer applications
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish)
