Key Responsibilities
Complete check-in and check-out tasks including patient demographic and insurance verification
Manage cashier box and daily deposits
Answer phones and schedule appointments
Manage medical records and correspondence
Support care team in meeting financial, clinical, and service goals
Required Qualifications
1+ years of customer service or healthcare related experience
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Ability to travel 10% of the time
Ability to work a flexible 40-hour work week
Preferred Qualifications
1+ years of experience in a medical front office or Urgent Care
Experience in scheduling appointments, checking patients in/out, insurance verification, and maintaining medical records
1+ years of related work experience including data entry
Prior experience with EMR computer applications
Bilingual (English / Spanish)
