Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily duties of clinicians to ensure regulatory compliance
Collaborate with leadership to enhance counseling skills and quality of care
Document patient progress and ensure compliance with confidentiality regulations
Provide clinical supervision to clinical staff as required
Participate in quality assurance program reviews and maintain accreditation status
Prepare for surveys and inspections by relevant agencies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related field
Licensure and/or certification as needed per individual state requirements
Understanding of Opioid Addiction and Medicated Assisted Treatment services
Knowledge of general counseling practices
Familiarity with Federal Confidentiality Law and HIPAA
Computer literate with basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google products
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree in a related field
Minimum of two (2) years of management experience
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in substance abuse or related field
