Key Responsibilities
Prepare delicious meals according to the menu
Assist Sous Chef & Chef with supervision of cooking staff
Ensure food is well seasoned and presented according to standards
Maintain cleanliness and safety in work areas
Assist servers during busy times to enhance guest service
Required Qualifications
5 years of kitchen experience
Ability to obtain and maintain a valid state-required licenses such as Food Handler's Permit
Capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 40 lbs
Willing to work flexible schedules including holidays and weekends
