The Vice President of Engineering will oversee the engineering department, ensuring successful project execution, innovation, and compliance with standards. Leadership and Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers, designers, CAD/GIS techs, ROW agents, and managers. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement engineering strategies aligned with company goals. Project Oversight: Manage planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.
Budget Management: Develop and oversee the engineering budget, optimizing resources.
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related; Minimum 10 years in electrical engineering, with at least 5 in leadership.
Deep knowledge of electrical engineering principles and relevant software.
