Key Responsibilities
Operate the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager
Assist in achieving sales growth through maintaining quality, service, and cleanliness
Interview and hire qualified staff
Schedule sufficient staff to operate the restaurant
Train and develop crew under the direction of the Senior/General Manager
Maintain inventory and control food costs
Ensure adherence to cash procedures
Exhibit the actions/behaviors which demonstrate company values
Required Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older
2 years of management experience
Available to work all shifts and weekends
Ability to pass background check and drug screen
Valid Driver's License
