Job Description
Join Crash Champions as a Parts Manager and play a crucial role in our fast-growing collision repair service. You will manage parts ordering, monitor deliveries, and ensure quality while supporting technicians and leading the parts team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and complete all parts ordering.
Monitor deliveries and communicate with vendors.
Receive and check in parts against repair orders.
Inspect delivered parts for quality.
Return incorrect parts immediately to the vendor.
Drive parts related KPIs and communicate with the General Manager.
Coordinate parts invoicing.
Support Body Technicians with parts knowledge.
Lead Parts Team if applicable.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or G.E.D.
Valid Driver's License
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Experience in a parts capacity in the automotive industry
Ability to read and understand instructions and work orders
Proficient knowledge and use of estimating software
