Key Responsibilities
Responding to escalated employee payroll inquiries
Researching and evaluating information for payroll inquiries
Resolving payroll-related problems and providing information
Supporting self-service and processing of payroll data
Directing complex issues to Payroll or Tax Specialists
Collaborating with Tier 1 Contact Center
Reconciling and closing help request cases
Running and evaluating payroll metrics reports
Preparing correspondence and communication
Performing other duties and special projects as assigned
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of payroll administration experience
Outstanding customer service skills
Knowledge of State and Federal payroll laws and regulations
High attention to quality and accuracy of work
Preferred Qualifications
Workday payroll experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business or related field
Proficient use of PC applications including MS Word and Excel
