Intuit is looking for Tax Associates for the upcoming tax season to work remotely. You will assist clients in navigating tax complexities while enjoying a range of benefits including a 401(k) plan and paid sick leave.
Key Responsibilities
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products
Provide tax advice and full service return preparation
Maintain sensitive customer information responsibly
Utilize government websites and professional resources to assist customers
Interact with customers using video communication software
Document interactions to maintain accurate records
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
Excellent customer service skills
Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week across three or more days
Ability to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds
Internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria
