Job Description
As a Loan Advisor at DriveTime, you will engage with customers to collect overdue payments and create long-term payment solutions while fostering positive relationships. You will navigate various systems to educate customers and assist them in maintaining quality loans, contributing to their journey towards vehicle ownership.
Key Responsibilities
Collect past due payments and negotiate payment plans
Educate and build relationships with customers
Navigate multiple systems to review account information and process payments
Monitor and ensure follow up on loan repayment agreements
Assist customers with debt repayment plans
Utilize computer systems for skip tracing
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
2+ years of experience in collections, financial services, and/or phone-based sales, customer service or customer relations
Ability to pass a drug test and background check
Preferred Qualifications
Contact center experience in the financial services industry
