Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and conduct check-in process
  • Obtain and verify patient information
  • Confirm and schedule appointments
  • Assist with referral documentation
  • Provide effective communication with patients and healthcare team

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
  • 1+ years of customer service or healthcare related experience
  • Intermediate level of computer proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in a front office medical position
  • Experience with electronic health records (EPIC)
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Bilingual in English & Spanish
