Key Responsibilities
Greet patients and conduct check-in process
Obtain and verify patient information
Confirm and schedule appointments
Assist with referral documentation
Provide effective communication with patients and healthcare team
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
1+ years of customer service or healthcare related experience
Intermediate level of computer proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
1+ years of experience in a front office medical position
Experience with electronic health records (EPIC)
Knowledge of medical terminology
Bilingual in English & Spanish
