Key Responsibilities
Identify prospects in need of workforce services & solutions
Build strong relationships with hiring managers through various channels
Engage key decision-makers and foster strategic partnerships
Generate gross profit through personal production and meeting financial objectives
Negotiate pay and bill rates for optimal solutions
Source, recruit, interview, and select candidates
Listen to diagnose workforce gaps limiting client growth
Coach and retain talent through various communication methods
Offer innovative workforce solutions
Provide consistently delightful services to clients and talent
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and/or 4 years of professional sales experience
Minimum 1+ years of business experience, ideally in B2B sales, customer service, or staffing
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to connect with others through various communication channels
Track record of delivering results in a metrics-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
Background knowledge in Finance & Accounting, Healthcare, or Business Operations
Experience utilizing digital tools and Google suite applications
Proficient using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
