Job Description
Join Ski Butlers as a Team Leader in Vail, where you'll manage daily operations and ensure exceptional customer service in a fun, fast-paced environment. Lead a dedicated team and contribute to creating memorable ski experiences for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations and manage shifts
Dispatch ski technicians and handle customer communications
Ensure brand standards are met
Conduct pre and post shift team meetings
Plan delivery routes and support calls
Required Qualifications
Valid Drivers License
Ability to work weekends and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
Previous hospitality experience
