As a Clinical Supervisor (RN) in the Operating Room, you will lead nursing operations, ensuring quality patient care and safety while guiding and supervising staff. Your role involves collaboration with the Nursing Department and a focus on excellence in service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Accountable for ongoing shift leadership and operations of a clinical department
Supervising nursing department associates
Providing patient care when needed
Coaching and guiding employees
Participating in interdisciplinary team for patient and family services
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
Current RN license in the State of New Mexico
Current BLS Certification
Current ACLS Certification or obtain within 6 months
Current PALS/NRP if applicable
Current TNCC if applicable or obtain within 6 months
Current CPI or equivalent must be obtained within six months for Behavioral Health and Emergency Department
