Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years managerial/supervisory experience in the quick lube/automotive business
  • Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills
  • Ability to perform mathematical calculations
  • Knowledge of cash handling and safety control policies
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and climb stairs
  • Full mobility to twist, stoop, and bend
