Job Type: Travel / Contract

Location: Havre, MT

Shift: Rotating and Floating Potential

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist medical providers with the delivery of safe and effective patient care.
  • Support patients in understanding treatment plans and promoting compliance with medical instructions.
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
  • Rotate between the Emergency Room (ER) and Intensive Care Unit (ICU) as required.
  • Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies and critical situations.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Ensure adherence to infection control, patient safety, and hospital policies.
  • Promote an environment of compassion, professionalism, and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, with proven competency in both ER and ICU settings.
  • Current certifications required:
    • Basic Life Support (BLS)
    • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
    • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) (preferred, if applicable)
  • Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
