Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary: Up to $391,000 , based on experience

  • Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM No weekends. No call.

What You ll Do
  • Perform pre-employment, periodic, and return-to-work physicals

  • Evaluate and treat occupational injuries and illnesses using evidence-based care

  • Conduct fitness-for-duty and disability assessments

  • Interpret diagnostics, labs, and medical surveillance data

  • Maintain thorough and compliant documentation

  • Advise on workplace accommodations and health policies

  • Lead prevention and wellness initiatives to reduce injury risk

  • Collaborate with employers, safety officers, and case managers on return-to-work programs

  • Stay current on OSHA, DOT, and related regulatory standards

Education / Licensure
  • MD or DO degree from an accredited institution

  • Board Certification or Eligibility in Occupational Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine

  • Current, unrestricted medical license (Wyoming or eligible for reciprocity)

  • Current DEA registration

  • BLS required; ACLS preferred

Preferred Experience
  • 2+ years in occupational medicine, urgent care, or primary care

  • Experience with worker s compensation, OSHA compliance, and DOT exams

  • Familiarity with EMR systems and occupational health recordkeeping
