Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and treat periodontal conditions, including gingivitis and periodontitis
Perform scaling and root planning, gum surgeries, and other periodontal procedures
Collaborate with dentists, hygienists, and specialists to create personalized treatment plans
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care
Stay current with the latest advancements in periodontics and dental technology
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Required Qualifications
DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school
Completion of a periodontics residency program
State licensure as a periodontist
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
