Job Description
Join Gulfstream Aerospace as an Avionics/Electrical Technician II on the 2nd shift, where you'll leverage your technical expertise to ensure the reliability and safety of advanced aircraft systems. This role involves troubleshooting, installation, and quality assurance, making a significant impact on our operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Testing aircraft systems and troubleshooting discrepancies
Installation and testing of electrical/avionics components
Ensuring quality and efficiency of installations
Documenting all work performed on aircraft
Complying with safety regulations and company programs
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Four years of experience in avionics/electrical field
Ability to perform technical skills in avionics and aircraft systems
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematic diagrams
Preferred Qualifications
Prior Gulfstream experience
A&P (FAA Airframe and Powerplant) license
FCC license
NCATT certification
Proficiency in other aircraft systems (hydraulics, landing gear, etc.)
