Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
STEM degree or advanced degree in a related field
Minimum 10 years of prior work experience or 7 years with an advanced degree
Experience with Microwave/RF system design and analysis
Proficiency in electromagnetic simulation tools (e.g., HFSS, ADS, CST)
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
Experience translating system performance into hardware requirements
Background in designing for manufacturability and cost constraints
Strong problem-solving skills
Technical writing and oral presentation experience
Knowledge in areas like filter design, circuit card assembly, and high-speed data conversion
