Pay Details:

For Travelers/Stipend Candidates (If your permanent address is outside the 50 mile radius from the facility):

Blended Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $72.00

Blended Weekly Gross Pay Rate: $2,592.00

Minimum Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $33.89

Min. W2 Weekly Gross (Taxable): $1,220.04

Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable): $1,371.96

OR

For Traveler 1099 Candidates:

Pay Rate on 1099 to the Candidate: $75.00

Weekly 1099 Traveler Pay Rate: $2,700.00

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to laboring patients
• Monitor fetal status and perform assessments
• Administer meds, IVs, and manage blood products
• Assist with deliveries and post-partum care
• Communicate with physicians and families
• Document interventions and care plans
• Float support as needed

Requirements:

• 1+ year of L&D experience ( Level 1 or higher)
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
• Active OK RN license or compact (eNLC)
• BLS & ACLS ( AHA )
• Intermediate Fetal Monitoring Certificate
• NRP (Advanced Provider or Instructor)
