Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM
Manual Shift Mack Truck – Yard Only
We’re hiring a Class C Yard Goat Driver to join our Sidman, PA yard. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for a reliable driver with warehouse and forklift experience. No over-the-road driving – this role is strictly yard jockey work with a focus on safety, efficiency, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
Maneuver trailers around the yard and into dock doors
Perform start-of-shift equipment inspections
Load trucks using propane or electric forklifts
Inspect incoming loads and verify shipping documents
Stage and package finished products
Support inventory cycle counts and material prep
Work safely in all weather conditions
Perform additional general warehouse tasks as needed
Requirements
Ability to drive a manual transmission yard truck (Mack)
No CDL required – truck stays onsite
Comfortable operating forklifts (experience preferred)
Must be able to lift 75+ lbs
Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork
High school diploma or equivalent
