Key Responsibilities
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care
Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues
Coordinate care and conduct resident assessments
Educate residents and perform various nursing interventions
Serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to assistive personnel
Required Qualifications
Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program
Currently holds an unencumbered RN license
Maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications
