Key Responsibilities
Receive service calls and diagnose equipment/system malfunctions
Perform service and repairs on sprinkler systems across various applications
Follow troubleshooting procedures and refer to technical manuals
Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and operational product manuals
Exhibit effective customer service skills
Electronically complete Service Acknowledgements
Participate in a scheduled On-call rotation
Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
5 years of documented experience in Fire Sprinkler/Suppression industry
Experience in reading and interpreting blueprints, submittals, and operational/product manuals
High School Diploma or equivalent
Willingness to travel
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Capable of performing physical labor (carrying and moving equipment/tools up to 50-70 lbs)
Able to work in unusual and sometimes difficult positions (climbing ladders, scaffolding, etc.)
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
Able to participate in an on-call rotation schedule
Demonstrated customer service skills
Ability to adhere to safety guidelines and procedures
Strong organizational skills and a positive attitude
Possess a valid driver’s license
Able to pass a pre-employment background, motor vehicle and drug test
Must possess and retain current State Fire Protection License or Journeyman License
