Key Responsibilities
Lead claims operations member service teams
Coach managers on claims handling and quality review
Ensure achievement of goals and objectives
Plan and control resources for claims service
Ensure compliance with regulations and policies
Monitor claims reserves and settlement authority
Identify trends and develop action plans
Inspire a high-performance team
Manage operational risks and compliance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
8 years of customer service, operational, military or leadership experience
Minimum 6 years of P&C experience, with 4 years in claims
3 years of direct team lead or management experience
Demonstrated team leadership and cross-functional teamwork
Experience using and interpreting data
Preferred Qualifications
Claims Director level experience leading large operational teams
Experience with complex Auto Injury claims
Master’s degree focused on financial services
CPCU designation
Strong communication and change management skills
High level business acumen
US military experience
