Join The Jewish Board as a Case Associate, where you will make a significant impact in the lives of clients by developing action plans and utilizing community resources. You'll work closely with clients, providing guidance, case management, and connecting them with essential services.
Key Responsibilities
Develops action plans for client care
Conducts community contacts on behalf of social workers
Locates and utilizes community resources for clients
Evaluates living conditions through home visits
Provides structure and guidance in independent living skills
Runs groups under supervision
Evaluates clients for individualized treatment programs
Performs individual/group counseling
Conducts home visits for family and child safety assessments
Provides case management and access to services
Performs community outreach and establishes linkages
Required Qualifications
BA Degree
Experience in a community or social service group
At least five years of experience as a Case Assistant
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual Haitian-Creole
