Trufood Manufacturing is seeking a skilled Manager for Compensation and Benefits to enhance total rewards strategies. This pivotal role involves developing competitive compensation structures, overseeing employee benefits, and ensuring compliance in HR processes, ultimately contributing to employee well-being and organizational success.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement total rewards strategies
Design and manage competitive compensation structures
Evaluate options for benefits strategy
Educate employees on total rewards offerings
Oversee administration and compliance of employee benefits programs
Conduct regular market analyses for competitive compensation practices
Support corporate employees with orientation and onboarding
Lead Leave of Absence process and compliance reporting
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, focusing on total rewards, benefits, and compensation
Proven experience managing HRIS systems and payroll processes
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Advanced knowledge of principles, policies, and practices of human resources management
Preferred Qualifications
SHRM-SCP, SPHR, SHRM-CP or PHR certification
High degree of emotional intelligence
Strong ability to prepare and present information clearly
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
