Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in the rental or return process on airport lots
  • Check cars and enter information in a handheld device
  • Process rentals for loyalty customers
  • Assist customers at exit gates
  • Check-in cars at return while providing excellent customer service

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
  • Effective verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to work outdoors
  • Flexibility to work all shifts
  • Ability to type, sit, stand, walk or move throughout rental lot and enter/exit vehicles for prolonged periods
  • Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Regular, on-site presence required

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 months retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
