Job Description
Join Mission Hospital as a Clinical Nurse Coordinator in General Surgery, where you'll lead patient-centered care, support nursing strategies, and collaborate with a dedicated team to enhance healthcare outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure high quality, patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the unit during the designated shift.
Direct, monitor, and evaluate nursing care in accordance with policies/procedures.
Assist with admission and discharge processes.
Participate in ongoing assessment of quality of patient care services.
Collaborate with management and staff to improve outcomes and service.
Support staff scheduling and manage labor in accordance with patient care needs.
Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse (RN)
Bachelor's Degree
Basic Cardiac Life Support (to be obtained within 30 days of employment)
