Key Responsibilities
Coordinate all aspects of the Paramedic Clinical/Field Education Program
Communicate with hospitals and EMS agencies to place students in rotations
Monitor compliance and manage the clinical contract process
Develop and maintain relationships with clinical site managers
Schedule and confirm clinical rotations
Provide student orientation and supervision during clinical rotations
Evaluate student performance and provide feedback
Conduct performance reviews during internships
Required Qualifications
Associate degree preferred
Completion of an approved instructor course within one year of hire
AHA ACLS Instructor certification
PALS certification
PHTLS Instructor certification
Minimum 3 years of progressive field/clinical experience as a Paramedic or Registered Nurse
Certified Paramedic or Licensed Registered Nurse
Current certification/licensure in the Program state
Preferred Qualifications
