Job Description
Join CHS Inc. as an Agronomy Sales Representative in Onida, SD, where you'll engage with farmers and ranchers to promote essential agricultural products. Key Responsibilities
Partner with customers to achieve retail sales goals and execute sales.
Identify opportunities to provide consultative services for businesses and customers.
Utilize fundamental sales principles and practices to improve sales, marketing, and consulting skills.
Develop customer lists and build relationships to promote CHS products.
Prepare bids and proposals, and develop customer presentations.
Obtain information on market and industry trends.
Build customer relationships by identifying needs and providing proactive service.
Maintain a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies.
Required Qualifications
High School diploma and/or GED
Knowledge of Sales or Business Development
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred in agriculture, business, or related field
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in MS Office Suite: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
