Key Responsibilities
Responds to dispatched calls within defined geographic coverage area.
Performs patient assessments and conveys findings to Medical Commander.
Provides patient care within the scope of practice.
Assumes control at the scene of pre-hospital encounters.
Conducts vehicle and equipment surveys.
Completes written reports for patient encounters.
Participates in orientation and preceptorships for new personnel.
Participates in patient safety improvement programs.
Required Qualifications
Graduate from Specialty Training Program
Certified Paramedic
Valid Driver's License
Basic Life Support Certification
