Job Description
Join KinderCare Education as a Site Director, where you'll inspire children and teachers to learn and grow. Lead a team to create unique educational experiences while ensuring a safe and effective learning environment for families and students.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise teachers to create engaging classroom experiences
Ensure effective site operations and maintain safety and educational standards
Partner with parents to provide quality care and education
Cultivate positive relationships with families and community partners
Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts
Required Qualifications
At least one year of teaching experience
Ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team
A love for children and a desire to make a difference
Ability to build relationships with families and staff
Outstanding customer service skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple situations
Meet state-specific guidelines for the role
Physical ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds
Proficiency in English
