Overview:

Hybrid Position

Located around: Ada/Ardmore/Tishomingo, Oklahoma

 

The Preboarding Specialist creates a seamless and welcoming experience for new caregivers by handling pre-employment documentation and acts as a liaison between caregivers and Mercy. This role ensures that new caregivers feel valued and supported from the moment they accept their offer through their first day of work.

 


Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Required Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Other:
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with caregivers and internal teams at all levels.
    • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and ensure deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment.
    • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in document processing and compliance tracking.
    • Customer service mindset with focus on delivering a welcoming, seamless experience for new caregivers and internal stakeholders.
    • Problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve preboarding issues quickly and efficiently.
