Key Responsibilities
Complete paint application and minor repairs including sanding and grinding
Conduct paint preparation, color matching, and mixing
Ensure vehicles meet CarMax Paint Standards
Maintain and clean all equipment as required
Ensure proper inventory levels of protective equipment and chemicals
Provide outstanding customer service
Complete assigned duties by managers
Required Qualifications
Ability to lift objects weighing up to 50lbs
Effective communication skills
Ability to perform multiple duties in a fast-paced environment
Completion of CarMax provided training in reconditioning process
