Job Description
Join Avis Budget Group as a Part-Time Car Rental Associate and enjoy a dynamic outdoor role assisting customers with rentals and returns. With great pay starting at $15/hour and benefits including paid time off and insurance, you’ll be part of a motivated team focused on exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in the rental or return process on airport lots
Check cars and enter information in a handheld device
Process rentals for loyalty customers
Assist customers at exit gates and check-in cars at return
Provide excellent customer service
Required Qualifications
Valid Driver’s License
Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
Effective verbal communication skills
Willingness to work outdoors
Flexibility to work all shifts
Must be able to type, sit, stand, walk or move throughout rental lot
Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
6 months retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
